May 10th marked Grady's 9 month birthday!
Here are his stats from his 9 month check up:
weight: 19 pounds 8 ounces {30th percentile}
length: 29 3/4 inches {89th percentile}
head circumference: 17 3/4 inches {41st percentile}
- He's CRAWLING!
- He has 2 bottom teeth (came in on his 8 month birthday), he is chewing and drooling on everything so I have a feeling that he will be getting more any day!
- He can sit up from a laying position all on his own and roll over (and over) with ease!
- He waves "bye bye" and it's super cute!
- Can sign "all done"
- says "mama" and "dada"
- Eating finger foods ~ he doesn't turn his nose up at much, he's a great eater -- so far he loves to chow down on scrambled eggs, hamburger meat, noodles, cheese, crackers, egg yolks, yogurt, and all fruits and veggies
- He is taking better naps during the day and sleeping through
themost nights - my favorite is to wake up and to hear him babbling away in his crib over the baby monitor, so sweet! - He loves to watch his big sis sing and dance - she can always make him giggle
- He is wearing 12-18 month clothes
- Grady loves to take baths, especially with big sis Molly
- He is a very busy guy, he's very curious about all things that surround him
He continues to be the light of our lives. Today as we were playing around the house Molly got real quiet and said "Mom, I'm so glad we have Grady. I love my brother." Priceless. We are blessed!!!
He's crawling? Yea! When did he start? I knew it wouldn't be long! A whole new world has opened for him!!! (and you!). Love you, CC
